Customer Service Engineer - Moscow

As the Customer Service Engineer you will be working in our office in Moscow. The ideal candidate is a result-driven and energetic individual, taking initiative to further develop Linxtelecom activities. Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Rapid resolution of Customer problems at a high technical level and with excellent customer service;
  • Ensure that customer can use our services all the time;
  • Immediate fixation of all customer problems in the troubleticketing system (REQ) and timely provision of this information to the competent parties (if needed);
  • Monitoring, solving Customer problems and verifying if the solution is suitable for the Customer;
  • Save all correspondence, changes in services, and offers in the appropriate the systems (UF, REQ, Terabill etc);
  • Transfering timely information about service use and compensations;
  • Informing Customers about maintenances and service impacts;
  • Reporting to Direct Manager at times and forms requested by the Manager;
  • Preparation of a report after the problem has been solved;
  • Customer relationship preservation and development;
  • Instruction and training of colleagues on technical matters;
  • Data verification and updating of company databases (UF, REQ, Terabill, Wiki);
  • Work not specified here, if ordered by Direct Manager or Substitue;
  • Courtesy of both Customers and co-workers.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Bachelor level education or level obtained through experience;
  • Min. 1-2 years work experience in a similar service role;
  • Knowledge of IT and telecom products and services;
  • Rapid response;
  • Cooperation skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Analytical Skills;
  • Highly accurate, focuses on improving performance;
  • Well organized;
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, flexible, reliable;
  • Demonstrates a high level of determination to follow actions through to completion.

Location: Moscow

Anticipated start date: 1 November 2010

Work conditions:

  • Permanent employment agreement;
  • Full time job for 40 hours per week;

  • The job will involve some travelling.
